What this covers

This policy describes how Colin Zaccagnio, REALTOR® with Compass ("I", "me"), handles the personal information you share on colinazhomes.com. The short version: I use your information to respond to you and help with your real estate needs. I do not sell it.

Information I collect

You may share information with me through the contact forms (name, email, phone, and your message), the home value request form (contact details plus property information such as address, beds, baths, and square footage), and the site's chat assistant (your messages, and any contact information you choose to provide). The site also uses standard security services that process basic technical data, such as your IP address, to protect forms from spam and abuse.

How I use your information

I use what you share to respond to your inquiry, prepare the services you asked for (such as a home value estimate), and keep a record of our communication. Chat conversations that include contact information are sent to me so I can follow up.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you check the opt-in box on a form, you agree to be contacted by Colin Zaccagnio via calls, emails, and text messages. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text or by using the unsubscribe link in emails. Reply "HELP" for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who else touches this data

I rely on a small number of service providers to operate this site: website hosting, email delivery, secure storage of form submissions, spam and bot protection, and the AI service that powers the chat assistant. They process information only to provide those services to me. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email colin@colinazhomes.com and I will take care of it.
